I'm more of a band person too. Linkin Park is cool, but I can only take so much of them. But, then again, that's the same with every band I listen to. I don't know much of the other two you stated. You should check out Say Anything's "Alive with the Glory of Love" and "A Walk through Hell." Both Amazing(:
The "Alive with Glory of Love" is dedicated to the lead singer's grandmother and the holocaust. It's really addicting!

Lol before I got into jrock,I had so many english bands I liked alot,but now..I like Kings of Leon,30 seconds to mars,afi,Linkin Park,and basically,that's about it.
As for single artists,that's different x)
